In an effort to be fair and consistent with our customers, we are now using Industry StandardFlat Rate Pricing... no longer will we charge customers based on time and material. When you need repair work, we will come out for a nominal fee to assess the situation and give you a firm, upfront price before you authorize the work to be done. This gives you, the customer, satisfaction and peace of mind by knowing EXACTLY how much the work will cost. We will waive the service fee for those who authorize us to do the necessary repairs or replacement during the same visit.
Of course, there is no charge for an estimate to remodel an existing bathroom, finish a basement bath, polybutylene pipe replacement, re-pipe, add a gas line for a grill, range, dryer, etc.
